Question about version numbers for car files

     Hello,
    I am very confused about the versions of files for different cars.
    For example these messages:
    VOLVO V4.20 2015-12-09     => 2015-12-09 09:20:58
    VOLVO V5.00 2015-12-07     => 2015-12-07 06:56:08

    Why the lower version has newer date?
    And what this mean?
    SEAT V1.00 2015-12-01     => 2015-12-01 06:49:52
    (1. Initial release)

    Sorry, there is misunderstanding here. Under the "All Messages", it will show the udpates of all our products. 
    VOLVO V4.20 2015-12-09 => 2015-12-09 09:20:58   --> It is for AL619;
    SEAT V1.00 2015-12-01 => 2015-12-01 06:49:52   --> It is for MaxiCheck pro. 1. Initial release, Support battery management.
